It's that time of year for the Summer Solstice beer and I couldn't find it anywhere here in NJ. I called multiple stores and most of them hadn't even heard of Anderson Valley.

Sometimes you have to go to the source. I called the brewery itself and found out that the Summer Solstice Crema Cerveza is available from April-September. The Winter Solstice is available from Oct- March.

If you can't find this stuff locally, go to Anderson Valley's site. They have a distributor locator.
http://www.avbc.com/distributors/beerfinder/

Find a distributor nearest you, call them, and tell them that you want this beer available!

Also, Victory's Whirlwind Wit is out- mid April through August. The SUnrise Weissbeir (also very nice) is available June through autumn.

Now I'm looking for Bluegrass Brewing Co's Jefferson Reserve Bourbon Barrel Stout. I hate stouts but love this stuff. Darker than motor oil, smooth, hints of coffee, bourbon, a little bit of chocolate...it's incredible. Just don't drink more than 2. It's 8% ABV aned will sneak up on you.

Okay, people, go drink some beer.

[...] admin wrote a fantastic post today on “nom nom nomâ?¦beer!”Here’s ONLY a quick extractFirst is Victory’s Whirlwind Wit beer. Light, crisp, citrusy, clean but very flavorful, it’s like a smoother, tastier version of Wiehenstephaner’s Kristallwiess beer.
I found your blog via Google while searching for asbestos and cancer and your post regarding mith at Ashley Mortenson.com looks very interesting to me. I have seen many sites before and most of them do not look this good. I cannot wait to let my friends know about this site. Thanks for the excellent content.
